Italian Bruschetta

材 料 ：
法 包 5 片
番 茄 1 隻
蒜 頭 2 片
洋 匆 1/2
鹽 、 黑 椒 少 許
橄 欖 牛 至 草 油 少 許
蒜 茸 少 許


1 下 鹽 。
Add salt.

2 將 材 料 鋪 於 多 士 上 。
Spread ingredients over toast.
做 法 ：
1. 將 法 包 切 五 片 做 多 士 。
2. 番 茄 去 銀 （ 種 子 ） 切 幼 粒 加 洋
碎 、 蒜 茸 、 牛 至 草 、 胡 椒 碎 、 鹽 、 欖 油 混 和 一 起 。
3. 將 材 料 放 於 多 士 上 完 成 。
Ingredients:
5pcs French Bread
1 no. Tomato
2pcs Garlic
1/2 no. Onion
A Little Salt and black pepper
A Little olive oregano oil
Garlic
Method:
1. Slice bruschetta into 5 pieces and toast.
2. Remove seeds from tomato. Mince tomato, onion, garlic and oregano.
3. Mix all ingredients, spread over toast. Serve.
